Dr. Paul Witt started Radiant Orthodontics in South Delta in 1983. He understood that when you take care of patients, you take care of a community. It’s with these values that his son, Dr. Matthew Witt, and our highly skilled team approach caring for your smiles.
Each of our clinical staff is licensed by the College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia as a Certified Dental Assistant and have additional certification with the Orthodontic Module or is currently working toward these certifications.

Contemporary Concepts
"Dr. Matt" grew up in Tsawwassen and has been a part of the practice for many years, either as a patient or a team member. He completed his Bachelor of Science (Microbiology) at UBC in 2002 and his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at UBC in 2007. He then spent a year as a full-time pediatric dental resident at the Toronto Hospital for Sick Children providing dental care for children with medical complications.
Dr. Matt spent three years at the University of Alberta for his graduate training in orthodontics and returned to our office in 2011. He has published articles in the Journal of the American Dental Association and has conducted research in dental aesthetics as part of his Master of Science degree in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.
Dr. Matt currently lives in Tsawwassen where he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. His favorite leisure activities include downhill and cross-country skiing, running, skim-boarding, hiking, and (especially) gaming.
Dr. Matt is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and is a member of the British Columbia Society of Orthodontists and the Canadian Association of Orthodontists.

A Tradition of Quality
“Dr. Paul” is a Certified Specialist in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics who has been creating beautiful smiles since 1979.
He earned his dental degree from the University of Toronto in 1974 and then, in 1979, completed an advanced two year post-doctoral course, accredited by both the Canadian and American Dental Associations, in the specialty of orthodontics. Dr Witt practised as a dentist from 1974 to 1977, and as an orthodontist and dentofacial orthopedist since 1979.
In addition to being a full-time orthodontist in the Ladner office, Dr. Paul has been teaching part-time at the University of British Columbia (UBC) since 1981. He teaches orthodontics to a range of dental professionals, including dental students, dentists, certified dental assistants, and registered dental hygienists.
Dr. Paul serves as a mentor for the Basic and Advanced Orthodontic Study Clubs, Chief Lecturer for the Orthodontic Module, and a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Post-Graduate Orthodontic Program, all with UBC.
Dr. Paul is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and is a member of a number of professional organizations including the British Columbia Society of Orthodontists, the Canadian Association of Orthodontists, and the American Association of Orthodontists.
Dr. Paul has lived in Tsawwassen since 1983 and in his leisure time, enjoys downhill and cross-country skiing, cycling, hiking, and running climbing the stairs at Fred Gingell Park.

Outside of work, she spends most of her time with her husband and three children. They enjoy the outdoors, biking, going to different lakes and beaches and camping. When she's not busy with her kids, she likes to catch up with friends and try new restaurants and bubble tea shops around town.

Rachel is a mother of 4. In her spare time (if there is any!) she enjoys training for marathons, spending time with family and friends, travelling, and supporting BC Children's Hospital.
